👉 One other detail is you can choose which markets to lend to so that if markets do tank, and the borrower chooses to default on their loan, lenders claim their collateral upon monthly expiry.
💸 So if I’m game to possibly accumulate more ETH, I can lend DAI to ETH borrowers.

Well, just like a buy or sell order on an exchange, in @RulerProtocol you can set and get the specific interest rate you wish to pay for a loan as long as there’s a lender on the other side offering that rate
