Four weeks ago I was limping and went to see a physio
Three weeks ago I had a very flu-y cold. Missing my last two long runs of my training
On Saturday I left work early because I was shivering then sweated in bed all evening
On Sunday I ran my first marathon.
Still feel lucky!
