As it seems @Cloudflare has unilaterally frozen fileportal.org at the ICANN/domain level with 0 actual communication as to why (ticket pending), the portal has moved to web3portal.com with @Namecheap and AWS DNS. I hope @NamecheapCEO does a better job π .
