If anyone is confused or visiting a beach, please look at your tide times here: rnli.org/support-us/give-mon… hats off to every single lifeguard, coast guard and paramedic in duty yesterday

Had strict instructions by my physio to run as if I have a ball between my legs and I can’t help but just picture me running like phoebe in friends lol
Really missing running but I tell you what, my body has never been more defined with all the weights/spin/ swimming I’m doing
Gone from being unable to walk more than 5 mins to getting the green light to start running again from my physio yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. Note to self: don’t carry on running for 17 miles on an injury in the next marathon🥴
Got a love hate relationship with the sauna, LOVE it for my bones but HATE it for feeling like actual hell. Was convinced I was seeing the devil for a sec there
How amazing does it feel when you reach a fitness goal, notice an improvement in your health or see big changes to your body? Feeling very happy with my body atm
