Was gonna do a Reading pub crawl today, but had plenty of booze this weekend. I'll give it a rest until Saturday.
Back in Wycombe, taxi home, swear it's been £8 for at least a decade despite the rise in fuel prices- about four miles. Not like that Norwich taxi that charged £13 as @puffpuff65 didn't fancy the two mile walk.
Stopped at Haddenham to change over to the High Wycombe train. Buses stop early on Sunday and Spoons out of Black Dragon so taxi home. At least I avoid the inbreds on the 22:07 but wish I'd got more train cans.
On the way home via Haddenham and Thame Parkway. Dropped a bollock not going via Tesco for a soft drink as WH Smith in the station has shut down. Picked this up at a shop earlier

Not many options for getting home, reckon it'll be that 20:17 as I still need to eat. Enormous gap between train departures for some reason.
Wetherspoons 564 - Joe's at Birmingham Uni.
Google Maps wasn't very good at finding it but simple if you look at the map. Cool student place with live football and a pint of Stowford Press for 1.99.
Got my appetite going, gonna look for a Desi Pub for some nice Indian food.
A bit of a faff getting here with incorrect Google Maps info but made kickoff. Looking forward to post match, all I had was a bag of crisps and a couple of pints since breakfast.
Wetherspoons 563 - The Hornet in Ward End
Pleasant place named after a locally made car.
Good for a pint of Strongbow

Wetherspoons 562 - The William Tyler in Yardley.
A nice pub, only fruit ciders on the bag in box, so a £1.99 pint of Stowford Press it is.
Quite cool
🎅🎄🎁⛄ It's time to reveal our new Christmas jumpers...
Next up we have our Akinfenwa #20 Boxing Day Christmas Jumper!
Dropping at 12pm (UK Time) on October 28th.
Train tickets purchased, £32.67 with various discounts.
Vague plans of some Midlands Spoons ticks, the Stable cider bar and some other places including a Desi Pub for a nice curry.
Revisiting St Andrews for the first time in 20 years too.
Might head up here, never seen or heard of this #realcider maker
