Following a two-week break in the action, the FedEx Cup Fall kicks off this week. Going with a couple experienced players with strong short games in Cole and Bezuidenhout. Also excited to see Tennessee freshman Tyler Watts, who made both of his PGA Tour cuts last fall.
Tough filling out the rest of the International team. Conners, Echavarria, Sungjae, Hisatsune and then it gets bleak. Yu and Grillo had pretty good summers. Could just say screw it and go with Potgieter or Yellamaraju too.
I think it was an ok year for Aberg. Guys of his level expect to win, and he really only contended at the Valero. Six top-5s. Fourth in SG: Total. Ball striking remains elite. Wouldn't be surprised if he had a huge 2027.
