1. Did you know that in 2014, the Constitutional Court heard a legal challenge against mandatory blending of petrol & ethanol.
The case was argued in November 2014.
I’ve checked with the lawyers & SIX years later, yes 6, the Constitutional Court has not issued a judgment.
