Living in the US, comics like Monica always fell into the category of 'comics in languages I do not understand', next to Condorito. But when I think of the English-dubbed Lucky Luke cartoons I grew up with, I wonder if Monica has been one of Brazil's better-kept secrets...
Mmm I would love that Popoon...
...Or Jennifer. I'm not picky. =)

The Minecrafter's dilemma: "You need something, so you need something-else"
You're hungry, so you need to eat
You need to eat, so you need to farm
You need to farm, so you need a hoe
You need a hoe, so you need cobblestone
You need cobblestone, so you need a pickaxe...
Something about a politics-coded morning zoo radio program on YouTube clashes with my understanding of what the kids like.

I love Symphony of the Night. I do. But is it the 'best PS1 game ever'...?
Uhm, I think a lot of people would point to another Konami game for that title. And still others would shout the number '7' and the world would know.
I never liked these arguments.
There are times when Sesame Street tosses out something for us folks up in the double-digit age bracket that is truly magical.
...That said, they never did apologize for recently uploading an AI-generated image of Bert & Ernie playing chess...
I'd love to see English-language releases of Ganbare Goemon Collection and Game Center CX 1 & 2, but I don't think either are considered 'indie' status.

Twinkle Girl's reveal in the new Mega Man game makes me wonder why there has never been a robot boy.
Even Rock was always a man. =p
Wasn't even aware of the season when I started replaying the old Castlevania games over the weekend. I was never the best at the trad-platformers, so I'm going through them with some 'help'.
All this just to play 'Symphony of the Night' again. =p
I don't understand Japanese, alas...But Ashita no Joe was always regularly popping up in my eastern periphery. My knowledge of boxing stops at Punch-Out, though.
Still, VERY influetial manga-series there. They lost a great one. RIP.

Just had a horrific memory of 2nd-year Junior-High biology class.
My seat was next to a hutch, which contained jars of various small animals in liquid formaldehyde.
Nothing says 'school days' like an entire semester sitting next to a frog trapped in a permanent state of terror.
Huh. So someone on my Steam family-plan bought Cyberpunk.

Is it possible to track down that first sheriff you meet and rob him blind or something? I really want to smack that smug look off of his ugly face before I allow myself to do anything-else the game wants of me!
Today has felt like an excrutiatingly-long day.
And I've been feeling entirely-worthless for all of it.
It's Spirit Halloween; They probably sell a cheap version of that Pac-Man costume under the name 'Two-Legged Verity' or something.

It's disgusting how AI has become so invasive that it's now an impressive bullet-point feature to highlight when a game doesn't use any.
Also, I'm surprised there hasn't been more Blast Corps clones; That was a wildly-fun game mechanic!
