Built a full bug report help system. You can register and log in, so now when you report a bug, you can track it and see admin responses and be notified when resolved. As well as pinging again, I’ve also wired it to notify admin with an email with resend API. wbescbridge.com/support

rpc.beschyperchain.com rpc was having some issues. I’ve resolved those issues this morning, and all is good again. Both rpcs and explorers are at full production state again. Our Solana node for the exchange server has been upgraded and paid for to stop the issue where it wasn’t able to keep the node synced, causing failed txns and errors. The server is now syncing; it will take a good bit to sync the full chain. Thanks for your patience. #BESC

Quick BESC ecosystem update: I was made aware that the Validator dApp domain was unreachable. That issue has now been fixed and everything is back to full operation. I’ve also heard through the grapevine that because I’m not sitting in Telegram all day answering questions, some people assume I’ve “given up” on BESC. That couldn’t be further from the truth. If I had given up, I wouldn’t have just paid nearly $3,000 out of pocket for an insurance premium that was due, nor would I continue keeping our infrastructure and services running around the clock. The reality is simple: BESC had no presale, no seed round, and no pile of investor capital. We’ve built this from the ground up and are approaching two full years live. Infrastructure, servers, domains, insurance, development, and the hundreds of other expenses required to keep an ecosystem operating all cost money every month. Because of that, I occasionally have to shift some of my time toward paying work including development contracts and bug bounties so I can continue funding what we’re building here. Nothing has changed about the end goal for BESC. Right now I’m focused on building up the resources needed to keep everything live, functioning, and sustainable for the long term. The dream doesn’t pay for itself unfortunately so sometimes you have to go earn the money to keep building it. Quick but important BESC security reminder. As BESC continues to grow, we want everyone using the platform to know exactly what we will and will never ask you for. Phishing and spoofed emails are a reality in crypto. Scammers can copy branding, layouts and even make sender addresses appear legitimate. The best protection is knowing what a real BESC communication will never ask you to do. BESC will NEVER: • Ask for your password, PIN or 2FA codes • Ask for your seed phrase, recovery phrase or private keys • Ask you to import, connect or “verify” a wallet or private key • Ask you to move, send or “unlock” funds by transferring them somewhere • Contact you out of nowhere demanding urgent action with your funds or account If a message asks you to do any of those things, do not click anything, do not reply and do not act on it no matter how legitimate it looks. If something seems off, don’t use the links or buttons in the message. Open BESC directly through the app or type the website address yourself. Also remember: sender addresses can be spoofed. Judge a message by what it is asking you to do, not simply by who it appears to come from. If you are ever unsure whether a communication actually came from us, contact BESC directly through the app or at [email protected] and we’ll verify it. We sent this reminder to our users because security education becomes even more important as the platform grows. I was informed when our exchange server provider had an outage the other day it caused the apps to go into a blank state. Which made it look like no balances nor able to log out. To resolve this just uninstall and reinstall that will resolve instantly. I’ve also patched this so if that ever happens again it won’t be necessary to do the uninstall. Thanks. Also I’ve completed the integration part of the upcoming partnership. Now we await finalization of said partnership. Which I’ll let kingdom handle all announcement with there team as they see fit as that’s all him and great work on his end. I was in that zoom and it’s exciting to say the least. #BESC
