Another bad day to be a fraudster under @POTUS.
FRAUD UPDATE: Today, SBA is referring nearly 700 noncompliant 8(a) firms to GSA for review to evaluate potential fraud in their government contracting history.
This action comes as part of SBA’s broader effort to restore accountability to the 8(a) Program for “socially and economically disadvantaged” small businesses.

Criminals steal hundreds of billions of dollars from the American taxpayer every year. The figures alone demand our full attention.
But there is so much more at stake than money. These stolen tax dollars represent a child who didn't get fed, a grandparent who didn't receive needed care, a sick patient who didn't get help, all because a greedy fraudster jumped in line and snagged the benefits for themselves.
@POTUS and @VP are activating all levers to stop the wholesale robbery of the American people.

How to report fraud under the new incentive program.
You can now report fraud directly on the America.gov platform with a reward up to 30k
Now YOU can join the fight against fraud and be rewarded for doing so. 🇺🇸
To the fraudsters, now it’s your turn to be afraid.
.@POTUS: Today, I'm thrilled to announce the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program. Americans will now be able to report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer dollars in their communities via a new website — and they'll be given a commission of one percent.

.@VP: "Over 99% of the fraud that we're finding in the federal government isn't covered by the False Claims Act. What @POTUS is saying is that he wants all fraud to be the sort of thing where if you find it, if you uncover it, if you find evidence and allow us to undo the money, you should benefit."

Vice President JD Vance to a Michigan small business owner:
"We at the @SBAgov, I'm sure an agency that is very close to your heart, we've uncovered tens of billions of dollars of fraud so that we can make better small business loans to businesses like yours. We want the money to go to you and not the fraudsters."
Long overdue reform that will help the government deliver on its commitments to citizens.
"Federal employees should be rewarded for what they can do, not for how long they’ve been on the job." Today, we @USOPM eliminated the historically anti-merit principle of gating promotions for top performing employees based upon their time in seat.
