In partnership with Texas Children's Hospital and Fundación Baylor Colombia, we are helping bridge healthcare gaps by expanding access to basic and specialized medical services and empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to better manage their own health.

Through this grant, our partners strengthen the physical wellbeing of Venezuelan & host communities, particularly women & children, in Ecuador & Colombia. They provide comprehensive healthcare services: pediatric, primary, gynecological care & nutritional in Quito and Guayaquil.

Through this grant, our partners can provide life-changing medical care to low-income patients with complex liver diseases.

Together with our partners at the University of Houston, we implemented capacity-building initiatives that strengthen the skills and capabilities of healthcare workers, helping expand access to quality health services for individuals and communities in vulnerable situations.

These programs delivered critical medical care, nutrition support, mental health services, medicines, and emergency relief while continuing investments in community health worker training in Greater Houston and maternal health research at Rice University’s Kinder Institute.
