Our Business Continuity Incident was stood down at 09:02. All systems have been restored and we are returning to normal running. Please continue to use 111 online where possible and only call 999 for life threatening and serious emergencies.
We are currently experiencing a local IT system issue affecting both 999 and 111 systems. Engineers are working on restoring systems and other national services are supporting us with calls being rerouted through other services. Please continue to call as normal.
