#shopmidleton Is there a website or page which will be listing Midleton businesses? @MidletonChamber
My god but Midleton is taking an unmerciful hammering with these floods. Maybe we should try and do as much of of our Christmas shopping there, physically or online, as those blighted businesses will need it more than ever this year. #shopmidleton

Simon Coveney was asked on Drivetime if Israel targeting civilian structures was like Russia..he said,
'It is an entirely different situation... What Russia have done in Ukraine is outright aggression, trying to actually take Ukrainian land.. it's an invasion of your neighbour

#IStandWithRoisinMurphy as we prepare for an exhibit of women artists that dare to speak freely.
Today we installed a partial list of platforms that have either taken down the artists’ work, rescinded invitations to exhibit their work, hidden their work from public view, or expelled them from their associations for the belief that women are real.

Freemasons Hall; members only club in Cork city, most of us will never join, or want to either
But the council think it's a good idea to give them some of our only centre greenspace, the place where us non-members can hang out
They truly hate this city & its people

With tickets for big concerts skyrocketing thru the roof, it would be great if music fans would consider going to see some local music instead. They'd get many times the amount of music for the same price AND help independent artists to stay on the road. #independentmusic

I just heard that Christy Dignam has passed away this afternoon after a very long illness that he fought so bravely. There are no words, other than Love.
At least now there will be no more pain, and Christy is out there on the carefree highway. Rest in peace. We will miss you

R.I.P. Christy Dignam. A fine singer and a brave man. Condolences to his family, friends and of course his band mates.

They say “if you can be anything, be kind” - Christy Dignam was always kind to my lad. Sleep well, Christy, you’ve earned it. Thank you for the music, the gigs we worked together & the joy you brought. RIP, you beauty. #christydignam @officialaslanireland #music – at Cork, Ireland
