Inclusion can be as simple as an invitation. Look for someone who might be waiting to be welcomed in.

Never underestimate the impact of simply noticing someone.

A compliment? A coffee? A funny text? Share your favorite simple act of kindness.

You can reset at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., or five minutes before bedtime. A rough moment doesn’t get to decide the rest of your day.

Think of the people whose work often goes unnoticed. A sincere thank-you can mean a lot.

Not every kind act gets noticed. That doesn’t make it any less meaningful.
