Here's what concerns me about Amendment 3: Who controls your community when your county can no longer afford to fund itself?
If rural counties lose significant property tax revenue, they could become increasingly dependent on Tallahassee.
And financial dependence can come with political pressure.
What happens when a county needs funding but state leaders favor developments residents oppose, like massive data centers?
Local control means little if your community can't afford to say NO.
🚨 FLORIDA VOTERS: STILL UNDECIDED ON AMENDMENT 3?
Then ask yourself WHY.
Where will the replacement funding come from? What happens to mental health treatment, senior services, juvenile programs, and homelessness prevention? Will taxpayers face higher fees or more expensive emergency services?
And most importantly, where is the plan to eliminate government waste and guarantee accountability?
I support property tax relief. I DON'T support passing a constitutional amendment with major unanswered questions and hoping everything works out afterward.
Tax relief should come with answers, not promises.
If supporters can't explain the consequences BEFORE the election, why should taxpayers accept them AFTER?
🗳️ If you're undecided, don't gamble with Florida's future.
VOTE NO ON AMENDMENT 3. DEMAND THE ANSWERS FIRST!

🚨 FLORIDA LAW SAYS WHAT ABOUT FUNDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES? 🚨
Before voting on Amendment 3, taxpayers deserve to understand what Florida law actually says.
📜 Mental Health & Substance Use — F.S. §394.76
Florida establishes a funding framework that generally requires 75% state funding and 25% local matching funds for covered behavioral health programs.
📜 Homelessness — F.S. §420.6227
Florida established a grant program to combat homelessness, with a 25% contribution requirement for certain participating service providers.
📜 Senior Services — F.S. §430.204
Florida supports programs that help elderly residents remain safely in their homes. Contracted providers must contribute at least 10% of project operating funds.
📜 Criminal Justice & Behavioral Health — F.S. §§394.656–394.658
Florida recognizes that community mental health and substance use treatment can improve public safety, reduce incarceration, and prevent unnecessary criminal justice spending.
NOW HERE'S WHAT AMENDMENT 3 SUPPORTERS NEED TO EXPLAIN:
If property-tax revenue is restricted or reduced, how will local governments continue meeting these obligations?
What happens when seniors lose in-home assistance, homeless individuals lose access to services, or people experiencing mental health and substance use crises cannot obtain treatment?
Who responds when those individuals end up in crisis?
🚔 Law enforcement.
🚑 Emergency medical services.
🏥 Hospital emergency departments.
⚖️ Courts and jails.
And let's not forget Baker Act and Marchman Act transportation. Law enforcement and community transport programs already play important roles in getting people to appropriate facilities.
Reducing community services doesn't eliminate the need. It can shift that need into more expensive systems.
I support property-tax relief. I also support eliminating waste, investigating fraud, and holding local government accountable.
But Amendment 3 doesn't explain how these essential services will remain funded.
Before asking Floridians to vote YES, show us the funding plan.
Accountability first. Answers before consequences.
VOTE NO ON AMENDMENT 3.
Before anyone says “just cut the waste,” ask what happens to everything else. Amendment 3 would restrict how counties and municipalities can use remaining property-tax revenue to specified categories.
That makes the real question bigger than police, fire and EMS: How will communities fund other services residents depend on if revenue is reduced or restricted? Seniors, human services, court programs, animal services and other community programs deserve to be part of that conversation too.
Read the amendment. Look beyond the tax savings. Decide whether the tradeoffs make sense to you.
AMENDMENT 3 ISN’T A “CUT WASTE” AMENDMENT.
Read what’s actually in it. It dramatically reduces local non-school property-tax revenue and restricts how the remaining revenue can be used.
And here’s what the pretty campaign graphics don’t show you: local government also pays for Health & Human Services, programs for seniors and people with disabilities, court-related services, animal services, parks, libraries and other community services.
Those services still cost money. Employees still have to be paid. Medical care, fuel, construction and insurance aren’t magically getting cheaper.
If you want to eliminate waste, AUDIT IT. IDENTIFY IT. CUT IT. Amendment 3 doesn’t require an audit before reducing revenue.
Tax relief? Absolutely worth debating. But voters should look at both sides of the ledger — the tax savings AND what happens to local services when the revenue is reduced.
Read beyond the meme. Know what you’re voting for.
The more I dig into this, I am realizing that these scientists have been killed or went missing not because of WHAT they know, but because of WHO they know. If you didn't want to be linked to a crime or connected to hiding UAP/UFO secrets you would just eliminate all who knew you were involved.
Ok, I have a question that I'm hoping someone can explain.
How is one called an attack 🤔 but the other is a protest?
So.......I guess Hillary really is in deep shit. She's plotting to get Trump to stop investing her. Hahahahahahahahaha!
Hillary Clinton says she'd nominate Trump for Nobel prize if he brokers peace between Russia, Ukraine

Hey @elonmusk Rachel Maddow reported that @realDonaldTrump gave Tesla a $400,000,000 contract. I guess she didn't do her homework because it was Biden. You know what has a nice ring to it, "XNBC". Buy it!!!! And fire her ass!!!!
Carrie Underwood was just faced with adversity and hit a HOMERUN!!! I am actually glad the music didn't work......I loved the A Cappella.
President @realDonaldTrump and fellow Americans. Please read and share. Currently, our constitution states that anyone running for president needs to be an American citizen. This is not good enough. We see how communist people are moving to America, both legally and illegally, then they have a child that is born in America. Throughout this child's life, they are constantly exposed to anti-American propaganda. However, they are eligible to run for president. We need this law to change to reflect the following. Any individual running for president must be 3rd generation American. This will improve the vetting process to ensure they have an American idealism and agenda. Please share this. @elonmusk @FoxNews

Let the blocking begin.
I have to share my thoughts on this—so here it goes! As a proud Puerto Rican and an independent voter, I'm standing firm in my beliefs. My wife, also Puerto Rican and an independent voter, has made the decision to vote for Trump. And you know what? That choice has sparked quite the controversy among some members of our community. I’ve been labeled a "traitor" to my people, but let’s take a moment to reflect on what that really means. The same voices that are quick to criticize us for our vote are often the ones waving our beautiful flag high, ready to protest a comedian's off-color joke. But here’s the kicker—where were those passionate voices when our own Puerto Rican government was pilfering our hard-earned money day after day? Where was the outrage when Wanda Vázquez was hoarding hurricane relief supplies while our people were suffering? It’s time to shift the focus onto the real issues affecting our island!
Let’s be real for a second: Puerto Rico is facing significant challenges, from homelessness to crippling poverty, and yet, many continue to support the same political figures who have let us down time and time again. Remember when our home used to be a vibrant paradise? It still can be! But we need to hold our leaders accountable and demand change. How many times do we have to get slapped in the face by the same old politics before we finally say, "Enough is enough!"? I’m not saying I liked the joke—far from it! I found it tasteless and out of place. But let’s channel our energy into addressing the real issues that matter, instead of getting sidetracked by jokes. If we unite and focus on the pressing problems our island faces, we can reclaim the beauty and vitality of Puerto Rico! Let's rally together for a brighter future, Boricuas!!
Hey @CNN @MSNBC @FoxNews @KamalaHarris @KamalaHQ @realDonaldTrump, since you want to politicize deaths of those seeking abortions. I hear you, this is horrible, and I pray for the families impacted by it. But what about all the deaths caused to Americans by illegal immigrants? Why not highlight this issue 🤔
