What is fundamental to competition? RESPECT. For our opponents. For the officials. For each other. #BenchBadBehavior! benchbadbehavior.com/posts/2…

One of the best sound bites about “Winning” you will ever hear! •Winning requires all of you and then more and it promises you nothing. • Are you willing to sprint when the distance is unknown?

At high school athletic events, do you: -Keep your cool OR come unglued? -Show empathy OR criticize? -Accept the officials’ calls OR shout obscenities? Our character is ALWAYS showing. How does YOURS look? #BenchBadBehavior benchbadbehavior.com/posts/2…

How Are You Representing Yourself at Athletic Events?

The way you behave, especially when the game heats up, says a lot about who you are.

Do your part to make the world a better place. Practice the 10–5 rule. When you are 10 feet away from someone, SMILE. When you are 5 feet away from someone, SAY HI. - That’s it. - Nothing more. - That’s all it takes. Do your part.
