Yet again, @thismorning running the fake agenda of universities are the be all and end all for the future of our young people.
Actually, universities are often the least tolerant places for critical thinking!
This is happening across small businesses.
We are penalised for trying to do the right thing and employ staff. It would be so much cheaper to take on self employed sub contractors who would then lose so many workers rights.

Maybe small businesses shouldn’t be attacked for trying to grow, and employ others.
We already spend a huge amount on staff National Insurance and for that being hiked even more will mean some businesses will have to either increase prices or reduce staff numbers.

Something we at @SJLheating have always said, our throw away culture is huge.
One problem eg a gas hob.
Part £80, labour £80-£100.
Your at the same or similar price to a new item.
Often it’s not cost effective
We need a cultural change to make repairing items the norm.
Remember never repair any gas or electrical appliance if not qualified to do so

Funny how emails say everything about a business !@MrJosephValente sent an emails today wanting me to sign up to a course to help me improve the organisation of my business.
IThe course advertised was last April!!
Maybe he needs to sort his own organisation out first 😂😳
