The inequity between @NCAA men's and women's ice hockey is clear. We need to #CloseTheGapNCAA.
Many of the coaches in our NHLCA Female Coaches Program are women's @NCAAIceHockey coaches and we're committed to supporting their game and personal development both on and off the ice.
Phase II of the Gender Equality review of the @NCAA is now complete. One implication is: It is time for a change in Women's Hockey.

2/2 Our youngest, who was generally last most of the time, did. She had a fantastic week with the Horizons program!Thank you @ClarksonUniv
1/2 Back when we wanted our children to get somewhere quick, we told them last one there has to go to @ClarksonUniv
4- Now why can't we loosen up the rules for goals to be scored with the piece of equipment that is meant to score goals.... the stick!
3- Refs would love not having to distinguish if a goal is scored on high stick. We have loosened up the rules with scoring with the skate.
2- If player plays puck with a high stick and it is deemed dangerous. Refs can blow it down like soccer/football and call dangerous play.
1- Always hoping that @NCAARules will allow pucks to be played with a high stick. It is a great skill to tip/deflect/knock down.
