Thankfulness keeps you moving forward
There were moments in this race I started to feel sorry for myself.
But I tried to shift to “I am so grateful to get to do a race right now”
How many moments- PODIUMS- do we miss because we let discouragement about our situation win?
Thanks David! Although I attribute a lot of this “comeback” with getting a lot of sleep (plus training and what not too 😉). Appreciate the shoutout from you!

I’m very lucky to have spent time with most of these athletes. Each conversation with every one of them taught me something. Listening to and sharing their stories is a first step in becoming better allies. si.com/olympics/2020/06/10/b…

Jordan Mann runs 21:42 and gives Coach Treacy a great Thanksgiving Day present as he finally takes down Ray’s time at the prestigious Manchester Road Race. 6 is the lucky number this year, as both Jordan and Aisling Cuffe who are coached by Ray, finished 6th overall!

This was a long time coming. For years, I felt broken and alone- I waited, yet no one reach out to help.
Now I am ok. But the system isn’t. And I can’t stay silent.
This was hard to share, so thanks @lindsaycrouse & @nytimes for all your support. ❤️
