This argument only works if God made Lucifer, and you, out of nothing.
He didn't.
"Intelligence, or the light of truth, was not created or made, neither indeed can be." (D&C 93:29)
God didn't invent a rebel. He organized eternal intelligences who already had agency. Lucifer chose.
And the "just save everyone" plan? That was Satan's pitch: "not one soul shall be lost." It was rejected because it destroyed agency (Moses 4:1-3).
Most of God's children don't end in hell either. Even the lowest kingdom of glory "surpasses all understanding" (D&C 76:89).
Creation from nothing creates the problem. The Restoration removes it.
