They never tell you the issue. I asked over and over and they never responded. They said it "could be one of the following items", listed a few that didn't apply to me, and never really told me why.
And, Offering "better assistance" was them sending me a link to their website. Useless. I reached out to them via twitter, and got nowhere.
Don't hold your breath getting in reinstated. They suspended mine for whatever reason, I appealed, and nothing, and I still get their marketing messages.
