We experienced a similar case: patient with AS, severe vascular disease, NSTE MI complicated by CS. Emergent BAV with leaflet rupture and acute AR causing cardiac arrest. Impella effective as rescue strategy by venting the LV with ROSC. @ancona_b @MMontorfanoOSR @VellaCiro – at Milan, Lombardy
