What if Ripple is deliberately leading retail investors to believe that $XRP is no longer the asset worth investing in, while something else is happening behind the scenes?
There’s an old saying: “While they point you in one direction, pay attention to what’s happening in the other.”
Could Ripple be directing the community’s attention away from $XRP while pursuing a bigger strategy that we haven’t yet understood?
I’m not making accusations, but I believe these questions deserve honest answers. Are we looking at the bigger picture, or are we missing something right in front of us?
Perhaps the real story isn’t what we’re being shown, but what we’re not being told.

Is Ripple prioritising its own business over $XRP?
This is one of the strongest concerns.
Ripple is expanding into:
RLUSD stablecoin.
Institutional custody.
Banking and financial infrastructure.
Cross-border payments.
Tokenisation and institutional finance.
These businesses can make Ripple extremely successful without necessarily creating equivalent demand for $XRP.
That distinction is critical. Owning $XRP does not mean owning shares in Ripple.

If I ran payroll at a company like ADP or a global bank like HSBC, I'd be studying what @Zebec_HQ is building right now.
Not because legacy rails are broken. Because the next generation of workers will expect to choose how they get paid: bank deposit, stablecoin, or card, all from one payroll run.
Zebec already does this in production:
• 20+ enterprise accounts running payroll on Stellar
• Bank and stablecoin payroll from one platform
• Support across 20+ chains
• KYC/AML built into the stack
Incumbents have the distribution. Crypto-native teams have the rails. The winners will be the ones who connect the two first.

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
PROPOSED CLASS ACTION COMPLAINT
XRP PURCHASERS AND INVESTORS, INDIVIDUALLY AND ON BEHALF OF ALL OTHERS SIMILARLY SITUATED,
Plaintiffs,
v.
RIPPLE LABS, INC., BRADLEY GARLINGHOUSE, AND OTHER RESPONSIBLE EXECUTIVES,
Defendants.
COMPLAINT FOR ALLEGED INVESTOR DECEPTION, MATERIAL MISREPRESENTATION, FRAUDULENT OMISSIONS, AND RELATED VIOLATIONS OF LAW
Proposed pleading for investigation and review by qualified securities litigation counsel.
⸻
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
This action arises from an alleged disconnect between Ripple Labs, Inc.‘s public representations concerning the importance of XRP to its corporate strategy and the company’s subsequent commercial decisions, particularly the development, promotion, and integration of its RLUSD stablecoin.
For years, Ripple’s leadership has publicly communicated that XRP is fundamental to the company’s purpose, strategy, and commercial future.
Ripple CEO Bradley Garlinghouse has characterized XRP as the company’s North Star and has stated that all roads lead back to XRP.
Among the statements attributed to Ripple’s leadership are:
“All roads lead to XRP.”
“XRP is at the center of everything we do.”
“XRP is our North Star.”
These representations were made by individuals with direct knowledge of Ripple’s corporate strategy and carried significant weight among members of the XRP investment community.
Plaintiffs allege that such representations helped establish an expectation that Ripple’s commercial expansion, institutional relationships, payment infrastructure, and growing financial services business would translate into meaningful adoption and utilization of XRP.
However, Ripple subsequently developed and expanded RLUSD, a dollar-backed stablecoin that can facilitate payment and settlement transactions without necessarily requiring XRP to function as the bridge asset.
Plaintiffs contend that Ripple’s leadership should be required to explain whether the company’s actual commercial strategy was consistent with the expectations created by its repeated public representations.
The central issue is not whether Ripple has the right to develop RLUSD. It does. The issue is whether investors were provided a materially accurate picture of XRP’s actual role in Ripple’s commercial strategy while those investments were being solicited and traded.
I am respectfully calling on @bgarlinghouse ,@JoelKatz and the @Ripple team to host an open X Space and speak directly to the #XRPArmy.
If we have misunderstood the bigger picture, explain it to us. Address the concerns, provide clarity and, most importantly, let your actions speak louder than silence.
Continued uncertainty could seriously damage confidence in $XRP and Ripple, potentially extending beyond retail investors to institutional trust.
Media interviews are not enough. We want a direct conversation, honest answers and accountability.
Seven years of loyalty deserve more than silence. Brad and David, the community is asking. Will you show up?

47 votes • 2 hoursShould Ripple clarify its apparent shift in focus from institutional to retail $XRP adoption, as recently was mentioned by David former CTO?
Survey options:
1- Yes, we deserve an explanation.
2- Yes, institutional adoption should remain the priority.
3- No, both approaches complement each other.
4 I'm confused and need more clarity.
November 3rd could be a pivotal day for both the US and the cryptocurrency market.
By November 4th, we may have a clearer direction: either the beginning of a new bull run or a prolonged bear market that could extend into 2028.
Time will tell. Let’s wait and see what November 4th brings.

I hold $XRP, and I’ve always liked it.
But after doing more research, I realized I was wrong.
My mistake wasn’t about XRP itself, but rather the fantasies I once held regarding its price. I used to believe the stories about it reaching "hundreds of dollars" or even "$1,000," but in reality, that’s highly unlikely to happen.
A more realistic scenario is that XRP might eventually reach $15–$20. In fact, even consistently maintaining a range of $5–$10 would be an incredible outcome.
Sometimes, true investing isn’t about getting lost in fantasies; it’s about finding the right balance between reality and potential.

Ripple may have undermined its own messaging by giving $RLUSD more prominence than $XRP at SWELL.
This has divided the $XRP community, with some seeing it as positive and others feeling misled. I honestly don’t know what to make of it, as I don’t have all the facts, but something doesn’t quite add up.
What’s also noticeable is the silence from prominent $XRP influencers, who seem unusually reluctant to address the bigger questions.
Something doesn’t quite add up with $XRP. Both David and Brad seem reluctant to address the questions directly, which raises further concerns.
There are two possibilities: either there is a bigger strategy at play, potentially allowing XRP to revisit the $0.60 level to encourage mass retail adoption, or something else is happening behind the scenes that the $XRP community isn’t aware of.
As longterm $XRP holders, I believe we deserve greater transparency and some meaningful explanations rather than continued silence.
My question does not seem to have been received as intended. The aim was to understand the root cause, rather than to make accusations. Given that this situation has continued for the past seven years, I believe there are underlying reasons that deserve closer examination, beyond utilisation alone. I do not have the answer myself, but I am confident that others with the relevant knowledge and experience could provide valuable insight.
I would love to hear from Brad @bgarlinghouse or anyone at Ripple @Ripple with all this bullish news, why has XRP’s price only risen by two cents? As XRP holders, I think we deserve some clarity and an explanation.
