Diwali and all the events right around the corner. God help us.
#BREAKING: Potential Mass Shooting Plot Thwarted in Aurora, Illinois.
Authorities say a 19-year-old allegedly plotted a mass shooting targeting a Hindu place of worship. Police reportedly recovered a rifle, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, body armor and a manifesto expressing white supremacist extremism and hostility toward people of Indian descent.
This comes during Navaratri when thousands of Hindus gather for Garba and also just two weeks after a Hindu temple in Ohio was attacked.
We commend law enforcement for swift action. We also urge the community to stay vigilant and Report any potential threat. Every community deserves to worship without fear.

And Cam Ward should get the Giants game ball. Just awful.
Barely survived against one of the WORST teams in the NFL.
ASS play calling in the red zone multiple times.
Pass rush was meh, at best.
it’s a damn miracle they won this game.

The footage coming out from this disaster is just unreal. I can’t imagine the fear and horror these poor people have went through.
Completely asinine.
But that’s what this organization has turned into for some time now.

Tyrone was/is a winning bench player. Solid Defense, some clutch hitting & no boneheaded plays. Always with a smile.
Will miss him.

The Cubs are acquiring Clay Holmes and Tyrone Taylor in a deal with the Mets, league source confirms. @JonHeyman 1st. Jefferson Rojas going back to Mets in deal.
It’s a PERFECT microcosm of how he built the team.
Here’s hoping he pitches great, the Rays snack him with a QO and his free agent market dries up.
Yeah, I’m bitter.
Freddy freaking useless.

He’s basically describing #Mets fans.
Uh huh…
nypost.com/2026/07/09/sports… Two-time Yankee Luis Torrens is a great fit for Yankees, who seek a catcher in a thin market
Aaaaaand he’ll be out just as fast.

And all I think about everytime Freddy speaks after his starts is @HowieRose’s comment about throwing him a parade because he went 6 and he should aspire for more.
Howie was and is SOOOO on point.
It’s utterly ridiculous how bad Peralta has been in a contract year.

You and your significant other get invited to Taylor's wedding. You doing $150 each in an envelope? $100 each? $200? Talk to me.
The man grabbed the biggest offensive rebound in franchise history. He deserves EVERY CENT.
If you have crap to say, save it for Dolan. Because we should all find it hard to believe that Leon and his team/cap experts couldn’t make this work.

BREAKING: Free agent center Mitchell Robinson has agreed to a three-year, $47.4 million deal to sign with the Boston Celtics, with a player option in third season.
Robinson departs the Knicks after serving a key role on the historic championship team.

Good Lord. Do these fools not see where this is headed?! Keep applying pressure to the people, your constituents, and inevitably there will be MASSIVE blowback.
And it won’t be the peaceful kind.
Dude has a .430 win percentage as a manager and is not going to be the guy after the season.
This is going to go swimmingly.
