Courtney Ratliff brought Midland together to change the name of Robert E. Lee High School, which was given that name in 1961 during the Civil Rights Movement. Last year Midland ISD finally changed its name to Legacy High, in a 6-1 vote. That’s the power of the people in Midland. – at Midland, TX
