I run a local NL β here's mine:
β Q1-Q2: Grow subs to 20k EOY + fine-tune my editorial machine (publish 1 original article weekly)
β Q3-Q4: Launch & monetize through weekly deals + continue growing subs & editorial side
@beehiiv
Cool number β finally reached 10k subs on my newsletter!!
Took me quite exactly 1 year & $5112,86 USD
@beehiiv
I feel like newsletters have been on this list in 2010, 2015, 2020, 2025... I guess nothing's changed in 2026?
@beehiiv
Unsubscribe rates during/after New Year is not for the faint hearted.
If you're feeling the pain too: I'm here!
@beehiiv
NEWSLETTER PROCES! I get wildly excited every time @thesamparr & @ShaanVP talks about it.
Yet, I don't know which framework I shall commit to.
Don't wanna shop around anymore. I'd rather pick one & refine it for years.
What works in a newsletter context?
U know @denk_tweets ?
PROCESS. That's my 1 word for 2026.
Everything great in my life...I can get pretty good at it with talent and energy.
Then the thing that gets me to fulfill my full potential: PROCESS.
But I hate it. Its not natural for me.
The fittest, most ripped I've been: I have a coach + a plan. The times my biz booms: have a systematic checklist+process that I follow.
Winging it is great for starting. Process is needed to be GREAT.
The f8cking P word. PROCESS.
Even the tiniest things. Waking up early. The process means in bed, no phone by 10. So I just follow the plan, and it works.
But following the plan is boring, requires discipline, focus and avoiding vibes.

What's the single best ressource? Traction by @GinoWickman is highly praised. But also seems to be oriented towards a bit bigger operations.
I've got a 0,4$ Cost Per Subscribe on my Meta Ads these days.
It's a god damn blessing that all the eCom guys have lowered their guns after Christmas
Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all my new(sletter) acquaintances this yearπ
@beehiiv
And a big thank you the Beehiiv-team for the opportunity, @denk_tweets, @stevenvan_ etc. ππ
U know X/Twitter is fucked when a GOAT gets 29 impressions & no likes.
Come on people. Stop only engaging with thread boys & other algorithm-flattering bullshit.
Most meetings waste time. No focus. No decisions. The same issues keep coming up week after week. The fix? The Level 10 Meeting.
Same day. Same time. Same agenda. Real issues get solved. Each meeting ends with a score so they keep getting better. Start on time. End with clear to-dos. No fluff. No wasted time. Run it right, and your team will actually want to show up.
2026 is life or death, so I'm considering getting a business coach to push me:
Gotta get to 3k/mo salary. But I'm paralyzed. I need someone who breathes business, but respects long term brand & media building.
Good idea? U know someone?
@MikeyPesto @CreatingJas @MrJacobEspi
Is @AliAbdaal the GOAT productivity guy?
I wish u all a killer 2026 where all your dreams come true!

For 2026, I wanna crank up my intensity from a soft 7 to an agressive 10. But tbh, I'm not sure how I do that well? I wanna double down on 1-2 things:
Write more articles?
Recruit more writers?
Crank up ad spend?
Test more ad creatives?
IRL events?
More partnerships?
@beehiiv
What's the best ressource on planning next year / end of year review / goal-setting / ??
I love

People seemed worried from my last tweet about me "sending unwanted newsletters".
We're not there, yet!
It's just worrying that my subscribers seem pre-occupied during holidays... Almost like family is more important than my newsletter.
Messed up, right...
During holidays, I'd rather annoy my subscribers with un-wanted weekly newsletters than to give up my @beehiiv streak.
It's painful to see unsubscribe-rate go up... But consistency is the only thing that keeps me from the gutter.
Yesterday big boss @denk_tweets shared his anti-burnout plan.
I've tried it all. But my regimens last 3 months tops. Then I drop right back into the hole!
I've learned that 'streaks' (like on Strava or @beehiiv ) is a HUGE motivator for me.
Do u know a customizable streak-app?
What's your conversion rate on Meta Ads for your beehiiv newsletter?
Mine seems slowly declining since february. It's for my local newsletter.
I'm calculating it subs from ads/link clicks*100 (not sure if it's right)
@beehiiv
