A lot of the problem come from the feel for the game. He does not have IT. Never did. He should be a career backup.
For example, when the giants played the Seahawks on MNF and he threw a pick six to Witherspoon. Witherspoon in his interview after the game KNEW Joens stared down his targets, basically HUMILIATING him on national TV. He is not an NFL QB. Period.
This is eerily similar to Jones playoff run in New York, Saquon all pro year, leads to playoffs, and then he falls off. DJ last year has all pro JT, and now this year falls off. It’s better to rip the band aid off and coaches continue to make the same mistake with him.

I say this as an unwavering AR supporter. Shane steichen is not some racist and that is not why this is happening. AR definitely did some lazy/unprofessional shit behind the scenes (at least not up to par with starting QB behavior). Shane shld just make amends and go back to him
