If anyone is wondering why I haven't released more mods for Paralives, it's because the game is still in development, and a lot of the features I rely on to create mods aren't implemented or finished yet. I could add those features through custom scripts, but I'd rather not do that right now since they will probably break with future game updates. Hopefully, once the game is more established, I’ll resume creating mods for it. As for inZOI, I’ll look into it in the coming months, and hopefully I'll be able to learn how to create mods for it. I'm really honored and flattered that, even though violence and crime mods already exist from other creators, so many of you still want to see my take on them. I hope you'll love the results once I learn how to create mods for it! 🫶

I love doing silly tests like this to keep myself entertained, though, the final release will have non-distorted animations.

Here's a before and after in game result for one of the animations in the Nights Of Terror mod. Animation: Die From Wound. Before: Handmade Keyframe Animation. After: Mocap Captured Animation with some edits. I hope you like the result, I will share more results once I finish working on all of the solo animations.

Did you know that sims in The Sims 4 can lip sync to object sounds? 🗣️ They can also speak English if you play the tutorial sound clips. You just have to play the sounds through a script/command rather than adding the sounds to a clip/animation.

Just finished recording around 16 animations for the Nights Of Terror mod. It'll take a lot of time to edit/clean up etc... But hopefully I'll be done before Oct 25th. I hope you'll like the final in-game results once they are ready.🕺

Holyshit!!!!! I think I finally found a solution to this annoying bug where sims stand up again after getting killed during heavy simulation lag. It took me 9 years... but better late than never 🎉🎉

Fun fact: The Blood Huntress from the Nights of Terror mod was originally inspired by Carrie and had a very different look, but the vision shifted mid-development, and she ended up becoming a gothic queen. I’m still interested in creating Carrie as a separate killer though, and might end up adding her at some point.
