Tonight me, @whitehorseinn85 & @janethinchliffe watched @TNLUK ’Big Night Of Musicals’! @JasonManford did an outstanding job hosting & it was a fantastic evening! For me @iamcedricneal & the cast of Guys & Dolls stole the show! Absolutely Brilliant #bignightofmusicals

Ya’ll kicking off out naming and shaming, it’s Sam Caldwell. Stay away, don’t work for him, you’ll never be paid. The horror stories I’m hearing are worse and worse, he hasn’t paid a pal from 2 years ago, this needs to end.
Michael Mather (@Michael_Mather_) profile pictureMichael Mather@Michael_Mather_27 Jun 2023
The producer who shall not be named from ‘No Limits’ still hasn’t paid can’t his actors, but can afford a £11.99 monthly subscription for a blue tick on insta? Someone explain why Insta gets paid, but his Actors don’t?

Called some horrific things, been smacked, had a glass thrown at me. Just a handful of things I’ve had to deal with whilst working front of house… and now you are trying to normalise disruptive behaviour in theatres on national TV. Simply do better.

This is ridiculous! No is the answer! If you want to sing a long go to a concert! Have some respect for the people on stage and the people around you!

Should people be allowed to sing at theatres? 🎭 After one theatre in Manchester banned audiences from singing along, @VanessaOnAir has her say...

Just to confirm, this is a situation that I (and several other people) have been put in by a theatre producer. They decided option A was the best thing to do and lots of cast, crew, band, creatives etc have been left with no pay for the work they’ve already done. Awful.

THREAD: Okay little analogy here… You have a business and you employ 10 people, they are due to be paid £100 each. It comes to pay day and you only have £100 in the account to pay all your staff. What do you do? 1/3
