Every item links to news coverage or official statements, and I've left out anything that rests only on unconfirmed social posts. Voting systems are as listed by the Texas Secretary of State. PLEASE ADD LINKS TO OTHER REPORTS I MISS Ballot marking devices (touchscreens) • Bexar (ES&S EVS 6.3.0.0): Voters at several sites said ExpressVote selections changed or needed very hard taps. Carew said "It wasn't too full." For example, the state site showed 8 Bexar mail voters while the county reported nearly 18,000.
