The founder of Uber texted our client at 2am after their launch. General Atlantic and KKR reached out. An investor wired money from a DM. They still haven't talked. 100+ customers booked calls for a B2B infra fintech. Here's what @Moneymamba & @mustafabillion said about launching with launchvideo.com:

BOYZ, imagine your launch doing so well that Uber's founder is texting you at 2 AM. And that's not even the craziest part. Fin.com pulled 5M+ views AND 100+ inbound B2B inquiries from their launch with launchvideo.com. Most companies spend thousands of $$ trying to go viral. These guys turned VIRALITY into PIPELINE. That's the difference between getting attention and actually generating business. What a TIME to be alive man ...

I've found that one of the BEST ways to stay productive is to give myself half a day, or even a FULL day, completely OFF Sales & Business. Just let my brain wander and do its unconscious thinking. That's usually when my best ideas come lol But during the week? I treat myself almost like an animal. HUNT & REWARD. I don't grind 16 hours a day just to accomplish absolutely NOTHING. Instead, I break my work into smaller tasks and reward myself after completing them. Because I've realized something about how my brain works. PAIN & REWARD. Too much PAIN, and you'll eventually burn out. Too much REWARD, and you'll struggle to accomplish anything meaningful. The trick is finding the balance. And I've slowly learned how to use that balance to my advantage. To the point where WORKING actually feels GOOD. Not because I'm forcing myself to be disciplined 24/7. But because I've made the process itself rewarding. TRY it for a weed and let me know !

One thing Sales taught me is that you can spend HOURS preparing for something that takes 30 seconds to execute Perfecting your pitch. Researching prospects. Rewriting your Cold Emails. And then you realize you haven’t actually contacted ANYONE 😂 At some point, preparation becomes procrastination. You don’t need another Sales hack. You need to start SELLING. RETARDMAXXING ONLY

One thing I've learned about Cold Email that I want to share with you guys. Make it STUPIDLY EASY for prospects to reply. I'm serious I see people writing decent Cold Emails and then ending with: "Would you be available for a 30-minute call next Tuesday to discuss how we can help?" Brother, they don't even KNOW YOU yet 😂 You're asking for 30 minutes of someone's time before they've shown any interest. Instead, try asking a SIMPLE question related to the problem you're solving. Something they can answer in 5 seconds. The goal of your first Cold Email isn't necessarily to book a meeting. It's to START a conversation. And sometimes getting a simple "Yes, we're struggling with that" is worth WAY more than pushing for a calendar invite nobody wants. I don't know what do you think about that BOYZ ?

Cold Calling and Cold Email are literally the SAME thing lol You can have the PERFECT Cold Calling pitch. But if nobody picks up the phone? ZERO meetings. Same with Cold Email. You can spend HOURS perfecting your copy. But if your deliverability is SHIT and you’re landing in spam? Nobody’s reading it 😂 That’s why I find it funny when people obsess over copywriting while ignoring deliverability. Brother, your copy means NOTHING if nobody sees it. Get in front of the RIGHT people FIRST. Then worry about converting them.

I'm looking to work with a few more B2B companies through my Lead Gen Agency. We handle EVERYTHING. ICP research, prospecting, email infrastructure, campaigns, qualification, and booking meetings directly into your calendar. And the best part? NO monthly retainer. You cover the infrastructure costs, and we ONLY get paid for qualified meetings we deliver. No paying thousands just to HOPE for results lol If you're a B2B founder looking for more qualified Sales meetings without hiring an SDR... DM me.

The FASTEST way to kill the motivation of your Salespeople? Don’t pay them on time (lol) Seriously. Delay their salaries. Delay their commissions. Or even worse, start reducing their commissions AFTER they’ve already done the work. And then wonder why your best reps suddenly stop performing 😂 Here’s the thing. Salespeople are literally motivated by MONEY. You expect them to hit quotas, generate revenue, work under pressure, and consistently deliver results. But when it’s time to pay them what they’ve EARNED, suddenly there’s an issue? That’s probably the quickest way to destroy TRUST. And once that trust is gone, don’t be surprised when your best performers start looking for opportunities elsewhere. Because at that point, they’re not thinking about hitting their next quota. They’re thinking about finding an employer who actually respects their work. You can’t expect loyalty and performance from people when you can’t even honor your own compensation agreements.

We saved another soldier from the “wormholes” created by caffeine. Remember that slave owners use to give coffee to slaves so that they can work more. Working more ≠ Getting Rich They want you in your nice wormhole and that you just “grind hard”. There is no pride in that.
Guy quits caffeine and saves his career.

Will be eliminating the morning walk & stretching from my morning routine useless stuff. Now it will be, wake up, Pray, WORK. DONE EXECUTIONMAXXING
I've been experimenting with 2 different morning routines for the past month, and the results are actually FUCKING INSANE. Routine A: Wake up, pray, and immediately get to WORK. Routine B: Wake up, pray, go for a walk, stretch, shower, and THEN start working. Basically, all those fancy healthy habits everyone tells you to do before starting your day lol And guess what? The difference in productivity is RIDICULOUS. With Routine B, I average around 30 minutes to 1 hour of deep work before starting my 9–5. With Routine A? I can easily get 3 HOURS of deep work done. THREE HOURS vs 30–60 MINUTES. That's potentially 6x more work done before most people even start their day 😂 And here's what I find interesting. Everyone is obsessed with optimizing their morning routine. Walking, stretching, cold showers, journaling, meditation... All these things that supposedly make you 10% more productive. But nobody talks about how much TIME these routines actually consume. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying those habits are useless. I still walk, stretch, and take care of my health. I just do them AFTER my most important work is done. Because I've realized something. The best morning routine for me isn't the one that makes me FEEL productive. It's the one that actually gets shit DONE. Sometimes the best productivity hack is to stop optimizing your productivity and just START WORKING.

I've noticed something pretty funny in Sales. A prospect saying "I'm interested" can actually be WORSE than someone saying NO. Hear me out lol When someone says NO, at least you know where you stand. But when someone says they're interested? You start getting excited. You update the CRM. You tell your manager you've got a potential deal. And then... Nothing 😂 No next meeting. No timeline. No commitment. Just a prospect who thought your offer sounded cool. That's why I don't get excited about positive responses anymore. I want to know WHAT they're interested in, WHY it matters, and WHEN they're planning to do something about it. Because interest doesn't pay commissions. Closed deals do.

You have people spending hours writing prompts to automate tasks that could literally be done by an AI agent. All that repetitive shit that takes hours out of your day. its disappearing because of agents like solid.tech Basically, they’re giving AI agents their OWN computers. So instead of asking ChatGPT how to do something, you can have an agent actually interact with software and execute the task. For Sales specifically, imagine having an agent researching your ICP, identifying potential opportunities and preparing outreach while you’re busy actually SELLING. Obviously, you still need to check the work. AI isn’t perfect. But I find it pretty crazy how quickly we’re moving from AI that gives you answers to AI that can actually perform actions. And the funny thing is that most people are still using AI like a slightly smarter Google 😂 We are still so early

The EASIEST way to filter LOW-quality inbound leads? Ask them for MONEY lol I'm serious. Some prospects will tell you how much they LOVE your offer, ask questions, book calls, and act SUPER interested. Until you send them a payment link 😂 Suddenly, they disappear. And honestly? That's a GOOD thing. I'd rather find out they're not serious BEFORE wasting hours on them. You don't even need to charge thousands upfront. Sometimes a small setup fee is enough to see who's actually committed. Obviously, not everyone who hesitates is a bad prospect. But there's a HUGE difference between being interested and being ready to invest. Interest is FREE. Commitment isn't.
