I had no idea until recently that execs at Anthropic really think Claude is conscious and has feelings and deserves rights/protections 😂 they think it’s a god I was never on board with pausing AI development or banning data centers, but these freaks are quickly changing my mind

This is deeply disturbing: Anthropic secretly invited religious leaders to SF to advise them on AI safety, had them sign NDAs, but then primarily tried to convince them Claude has a soul & moral standing, all while wining & dining them to the max. 1/ tinyurl.com/preview/296b5z8z

Toured a building last year w/ a client Then I sold his building in May I just found out my client bought the building we toured, and he didn’t bring me into the deal Should the listing broker (who knows I work with this company) have contacted me, or no?

When a prospect says “I will definitely stay in touch as things progress”, assume they won’t. It’s your job to follow up with them, not theirs.
