MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️
Cerebrum DAO has partnered with Waves – a browser-based brain health platform grounded in world-class neuroscience.
At the center is Celeste, an AI coach built on SMART (Strategic Memory Advanced Reasoning Tactics), a cognitive neuroscience methodology developed at the UT Dallas Center for BrainHealth:
→ 25+ years of peer-reviewed RCT evidence
→ Validated in 3,966 adults over 3 years
→ Published in Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio), May 2026

The NEURON-Percepta project tokenized a patent-protected, globally successful supplement, funded a community-led clinical trial, and is now executing on that trial.
If that isn't a true success story of what DeSci can do, we don't know what it is.

A few minutes. Three cognitive domains.
Most people have never had a baseline for their brain.
Cortex gives you one – a Brain Health Score you can track as you make changes to your life.
Let's make brain health actionable!

Cognition is live! 🚀
We have been building this for some time – a dedicated platform for brain health products selected by the Cerebrum DAO community.
Percepta is there, as many of you expected. But we also have a few additions we think you will like.

We got to a place with heart health where you can measure it, understand risk, and intervene.
That took decades of research and commitment. Brain health is more complex. We're still early. But we will get there.
That's what we're here for. The next frontier in human health.

Cortex is coming.
Your brain changes every day, but most people have no way to track it. Let's change that.

Current anti-inflammatory drugs suppress the immune system.
That's a problem when you're treating diseases that take years to progress – you can't keep someone immunosuppressed indefinitely.
Our compounds can work differently by blocking the link between chronic inflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction.
Currently investigating 15 new drug candidates as we head towards new milestones this year.

The @Neuron_Percepta trial is fully decentralized.
How it works:
→ Participants recruited remotely, products shipped directly to them
→ Wearable sensors track sleep, HRV, and activity continuously
→ At-home blood collection for P-tau 217 biomarker tracking
→ Cognitive assessments administered through dedicated trial software
The result is a depth of data that conventional trial structures simply can't match, paired with the ability to reach participants wherever they are.

💯
When we tokenized Percepta as $CLAW, supporters were funding a clinical trial for a brain health supplement that had been in development for decades and was backed by numerous patents.
That trial now has IRB approval. It's double-blind, placebo-controlled, tracking robust biomarkers.
This is DeSci at its best – getting science done that wouldn't happen at all otherwise. The potential for powerful patient outcomes doesn't live on a chart.

‼️The Cognition Store launches imminently.

Inside our @Neuron_Percepta trial.
We're tracking p-Tau 217 through at-home blood collection, running neurocognitive assessments, and integrating wearable monitoring for sleep, HRV, and activity.
All within a 6-month, double-blind, decentralized, randomized placebo-controlled design with IRB approval secured

We set out to find compounds that improve protein printing accuracy. We found something we didn't expect.
Our initial two compounds don't act directly on the translation machinery.
They improve protein fidelity through an indirect pathway, meaning there are new interactions we haven't fully mapped that control how accurately your cells build proteins. This enriches the potential of the Transfidelity project.
