Was at TAFE yesterday. I was chatting with this other student who I've been talking and working with.
She needed help with a part of the assessment. I helped her out.
When she said thank you, i reply with. "no problem. thats what friends are for"

She turns to me. looks me dead in the eyes and says:
"We're not friends. Why would we be friends?"
I am so confused.
"We're classmates. Coworkers. Why would we be anything else?"
I swear I have never been confused, hurt and entertained all at the same time.

I don't know many of you, and from the looks of it, you probably don't know much about me. but you showed compassion for me anyway.

While I want to congratulate everyone who was successful in the wildcard club auditions, I can't help but feel like crap.
With no answer as to why my audition was not even looked at.
I don't see any point in trying to fight something I don't understand. it hurts.
I am hurting
can someone make this in reverse with the news of EA and their push for Gen-AI?
I love BF2 but we need to be strong
