One of my favorite guys is a teamster named Leo from New York that does skate tricks dedicated to other unions. He did one for RJ Mitte too.

there are still shows like this regularly. you just don't think there are because you never went to them in the first place
I was truly lucky to be in high school during this era. There was a band from Buffalo called "Cute is What We Aim For" who got pretty big, internationally known even, around this time and the guitarist/pianist Jeff Czum was in my art class. This is Enter Shikari (from England). This was the last great era before everything went to shit. We had cell phones but we used them to call people not to stayed glued on social media all day.

This app is full of ROBOTS who were MADE to MAKE YOU MAD. They are algorithmically contrarian! They do not make sense because they are not real people.

Cities that had money after WW2 (Anderson, Muncie) tore down and replaced their old downtowns with mid-century/brutalist architecture and parking lots. and those that didn't have the money to (Noblesville, Madison, Wabash) now have actual urban cores to build around and history.
I was wondering why Stevens Point had a huge parking lot in the middle of its downtown and learned they tore down a large part of the historic core to build a mall in the 1980s which then closed and got torn down itself in 2012.
