Dear @elonmusk, Iranians are bravely protesting for freedom, chanting for the return of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi. Users report internet disruptions, and the Islamic Republic will shut down the internet. Please enable temporary satellite access to help Iranians stay connected during this crucial moment in history! Your action will be remembered as a defining moment in the fight for freedom.

I’m so sick of seeing people across social media claim Abdul El-Sayed is only getting heat “because he’s a Muslim man.”
That’s not the reason. Other Muslims have been elected to office without this reaction. Repeating it just makes you look stupid.
Here are the actual problems:
1- In 2012 he signed a letter to Mohamed Morsi (the Muslim Brotherhood president of Egypt) supporting his power grab and calling on him to “purge the media and the police as quickly as possible.”
2- His biological mother, Fatten Elkomy, worked for the Islamic American Relief Agency (IARA), which the U.S. Treasury designated for supporting terrorism. His half-sister has publicly said their mother was active in the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt in the 1970s.
3- His half-sister Eman Abdelhadi posted on social media about their mother’s Muslim Brotherhood activism and expressed support for family members backing the Brotherhood in Egypt.
4- He refused to condemn the IRGC when directly asked by an Iranian-American student whose family was targeted by them. Leaked audio also shows he deliberately stayed silent on Khamenei’s death because “there are a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad,” prioritizing his base over basic condemnation of a terrorist regime.
5- His father, Mohamed El-Sayed, sits on the board of Life for Relief and Development, a Michigan-based Islamic charity that paid a $780,000 settlement to the U.S. Treasury for violating sanctions by transferring money into Saddam Hussein’s Iraq. The group has also faced raids and scrutiny over alleged ties to terror-linked networks.
These are documented facts.
She gets it because she was born into that world. Gullible progressive Americans can’t see what @RawaneOsmane sees.
Congratulations, Abdul El-Sayed. You won.
You outsmarted millions. If voters in other states had been allowed to vote for you, many more would have fallen for your charm. Keep going and maybe one day it's the presidency.
Like it or not, they will call you Senator. You beat them at their own game. Western democracy gave you representation, and you're using that power to shape your country (yes, your country) closer to your worldview. Who knows, maybe you'll even work to undo the Muslim Brotherhood designation. As an observant Muslim, why wouldn't you pursue what you believe in?
And let's be honest: you read your voters far better than they read you. Your critics put the questions about your associations in front of them. Your voters, many of them Jewish, shrugged and backed you anyway. As we say in Arabic: القانون لا يحمي المغفلين. The law doesn't protect the gullible.
The political current that cheered your victory has spent decades working patiently toward this, for the good of humanity as it sees it, and for the good of its children.
I disagree. I grew up where Islam has ruled since the 7th century. Since the eighties, the Muslim Brotherhood has promised us الإسلام هو الحل, "Islam is the solution." We lived the result, and nothing could be further from the truth. That was our experience in the Muslim world, the same world your parents chose to leave.
Maybe America will be different. Maybe here it will finally work, because the people who mistake your smug smile for a sweet one are so much easier to win over. They have no resilience. They take every smile at face value. And they have so little sense of who they are that some would trade it for anything that offers certainty.
Congratulations. The hard work paid off. While your side spent decades organizing, the people who should have been paying attention were busy inventing new identities, new grievances, new reasons to be offended, new things to smoke, new gods. Then the Palestinian cause led them straight into bed with Islamism. And for Palestine, they'll march hypnotized to the end of the earth.

Nithya didn’t win. Karen lost.
You simply can’t destroy a city as much as she did. She played with fire, and she got fired.
Nithya won’t offer any reprieve, though. She’s a moron and the city will continue to decline. The real loser today is LA, but we were gonna tank with either candidate.
This wasn’t an election…it was a humiliation ritual. Especially for my neighbors in the Palisades, who endured the extra indignity of casting their ballots for the witch who burned down our town, only to see their pick ultimately lose, so it was all for naught.
I don’t see Nithya as an ideologue. I see her as a moron. She’s pillow soft, and can be bullied. She’s alienated from all the horrible DSA animals on city council who are far worse than her, and they all supported Bass. Big voices in LA will be able to bully her into shifting her positions, as she has shown with her constant waffling on every issue. Keep pressure on her, be ruthless, and you can mitigate some of the damage she will do. Couple that with continued federal intervention with Bill Essayli, you could actually make a dent in improving some things.
Anyway. Take the primaries more seriously from now on, yeah?
Ok good talk.

Vance continues to sound like a junior analyst at the Quincy Institute, framing appeasement of the Islamic Republic as America First and making sure to include Israel as part of the reason why Republicans lost so badly.
The war had one path to being a political win: the U.S. and Israel going all in on supporting the Iranian people to end the regime. Vance spent months pushing to halt military action and restrain Israel in favor of negotiating with that same regime. So the Islamic Republic is still standing, and the people who argued for leaving it standing now want to run on the outcome and set Iran policy going forward.
One of the things the data analysts on our side obsessed over was "composition"—whether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And despite polls that showed a Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story: in some states turnout was merely OK, in other states it was downright amazing, and in no state was it catastrophic. There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team: our people were showing up.
So, I asked the smartest data guy I know, does that mean we're going to shock the world? "No," he told me. "We might do better than the polls suggest. But the data is telling us that a lot of Trump/Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys. Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us."
Well, that looks prophetic now. Our voters did show up. In Florida, for example, the electorate was 9 points more Republican than Democrat, just a couple points worse than 2024. Undoubtedly there were places we could have done better on turnout. But the main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026.
There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasn’t sharp enough down the stretch. I’m sure that’s true.
But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone.
Another pollster—one of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday we’d lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were:
1) End the war
2) Focus on cost of living/inflation
3) Put America First
4) Change our relationship to Israel
Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (She’s also a great person.)
In the next few months, there's going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I'm open to the idea that we should change enforcement—by focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you.
The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night.
If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest.
But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there.
I remain hopeful about our country. To the people who are pissed off and want to say, “I told you so”: you’re right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview. To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Let’s take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.

When a Muslim Brotherhood member wins a Senate race, that’s NOT DEMOCRACY; that’s USEFUL IDIOTS hating their own country. When the mullahs in Iran took over, socialists helped them, and later, the Islamists killed them all. This is the most dangerous moment for Western civilization. GOD BLESS AMERICA.
U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed is a dark chapter in this great nation’s history.
And as the Bible warns:

Be careful what you plant in the name of democracy. You may not enjoy the harvest.

🇺🇸🚨The election results are a wake-up call, reflecting eight months of failed expectations, missed opportunities, and political miscalculations by the IRGC regime.
Republicans had eight months to finish the job and end the Islamic Republic. Instead, we saw eight months of meaningless negotiations with a regime unwilling to change.
Eight months of mediation by Qatar, Pakistan, and Turkey, what has been accomplished?
America and Israel had a chance to finish Hezbollah in Lebanon but let them survive for nonsense negotiations with the regime. Meanwhile, JD Vance still believes direct communication with another IRGC member could yield different results.
How many times must the U.S. repeat the same failed strategy before recognizing that negotiating with this regime produces no different results?
Qatar has played a troubling role in misleading American policymakers, and questions about foreign financial influence in Israel and U.S. elections deserve investigation.
Political changes in Texas and across America must be taken seriously. Unless addressed, the U.S. could face the same social and political challenges that transformed France in recent years.
The results warn that Republicans have lost ground in Texas and elsewhere; continued inaction risks far greater consequences.
President Trump, wake up before it is too late. Stop endless negotiations with the Islamic Republic and take decisive action to end the threat.
This is not only about Iran or the Middle East. Failed policies could devastate American national security, regional stability, and the free world.
Eight months of negotiations, mediation, and missed opportunities. How much longer can America afford to wait?

🔴 Iran must be free, and the Islamic Republic must come to an end. If Western and European countries truly care about their future, democratic values, and security, they must stand with the Iranian people and support their fight for freedom and an end to this regime.
NATO allies (@NATO) must stand firmly with the United States and Israel.
For decades, European countries have relied on American leadership, military strength, and financial resources when facing security threats. So why do countries such as France, Germany, and other European allies hesitate to fully support the United States when it needs their backing? Alliances must be built on mutual commitment, not one-sided expectations.
@EmmanuelMacron
If European leaders truly value democracy, freedom, and international security, they must demonstrate that commitment through meaningful action—not just words.
@GermanyDiplo
@francediplo_EN
And to the Arab and neighboring countries: Enough is enough!
It is time to STOP supporting, financing, and providing political backing to the Islamic Republic. A peaceful and prosperous Middle East cannot be built by empowering a regime that threatens regional stability and suppresses its own people. Stand with the Iranian people, not the Islamic Republic.
