Shep does something new to impress me every day man. RIP Mason ❤️
Earlier today Oregon State Head Coach JaMarcus Shephard spent some time with Sweet Home football.
According to the team Shephard spent some time talking about how to deal with the grief on the passing of Mason Flores and how to honor him moving forward.

@Samuel5bear (Sweet Home) earns our second-ever Mid-Major Player of the Week award, as his huge night at Ashland helped Sweet Home improve to 5-0.
Barringer accounted for 281 yards on the ground and through the air, while also adding an 85-yard kick return for TD. Here’s what his Head Coach Ryan Adams had to say about him:
“Sam is a special player, and he was able to come up big for us on Friday night. It started with him taking the opening 2nd half kick back for a TD, and then came up big in both run and pass game. Super proud of our team for being able to set him up, and then him for being able to execute!”
We would also like to honor the late Mason Flores, as the Sweet Home community remains in our thoughts and prayers 👼🏼

Dan Lanning opens his Monday press conference by noting this situation: "That's nothing any parent or teammate should ever deal with. ... Life is a lot bigger than football. So that's certainly something that hits home, and want to keep them in our thoughts." #GoDucks
A 15-year-old Sweet Home High School student suffered a severe head injury in a football game last week.
“Mason is undergoing preparation to give the gift of life to other families through organ donation,” Sweet Home School District says. katu.com/news/local/sweet-ho…
