My UK application for a partner visa cost myself and my partner £149. In Australia (I am an Aus citizen) it would cost $7,700 (£4,280).
My UK application took 3 weeks. In Australia, 24 month processing time.

This recent example of the Jehovah's Witnesses not co-operating with the police in relation to an allegation of #CSA should no doubt be taken into account by @InquiryCSA in the #CPIROS hearings. Practices have not changed.

I’ve never received a document from you with the purchase price, notwithstanding any modification to the booking. You’re not refunding for cancelled flights, just giving vouchers so I need to put in my insurance claim ASAP or it might be construed as delay.
Also @KLM cancelled my flights to Costa Rica (didn't notify me... fine, I was checking) but they have bizarrely rebooked me on just one leg, return from Atlanta to London but no other legs! How does that make sense?

My credit card statement is charged for the flights direct by @KLM and I need an invoice for that transaction to submit my insurance claim, but nothing provided by @KLM actually notes the price paid, just saying For Fait (promotional fare). No help at all from @KLM

You didn't deal with it by Direct Message. You sent an automated response which did not deal with my query in any way. All I need is a receipt for my ticket purchase and astoundingly this is too much to ask it seems.
60 Minutes Australia put together this report, which is essential reading. Whilst “blame” at the moment is probably counterproductive as we have to curb the impact, this must be dealt with eventually.

The maths in all of this is difficult to comprehend and I don’t profess to understand the numbers but the message is clear - practice serious social distancing measures now and it’s possible to get out of this with less casualties in less time.
