I am sorry if that post might have generated misunderstandings, I could have put it yes in a better way. At that time there was speculation about the meaning of the letter C, not about the features of the console.
It's simply that the C key does not stand for Chat (or Connect), it has another system-wide name because chat management is just one of the features there. I know my past and I admit I am not good at expressing information, twitter is also not a suitable platform.
I have no personal information about the OS and SDK, but I confirm these features. It is not just a button to enable or disable a chat, it is not for connecting or to cast, it is a multifunctionality button that will allow you to share your experiences with your community.

3,774 votes • Final resultsWell @NateTheHate2 confirmed what my source was advising me since December, a reveal before/near the launch of DKCR. Doesn't seems to be a fully fledge presentations that they are preparing, just a teaser with some game showcasing it to finally opening the door for official news.
My source think that this is still a possibility, despite next week having DKCR HD.
IDK if the presentation was indeed moved or not, it was their hypothesis. But the added games SKU do adds up for an upcoming announcement.
This is why I would not bet (for now*) on the 23rd for a Switch 2 reveal.
*I still don't know the final date for the reveal.
