🏠 @CityofPhoenixAZ City Council is moving forward with a program to help people leaving homelessness find long-term housing, even when past challenges make it hard to rent an apartment.
The city plans to begin with at least 50 apartments, working with landlords to open doors for people ready to take that next step.
