In our new Perspective in @JCFINT, we describe how we partnered with hospice agencies to expand access to services for patients on palliative inotropes ⬇️⬇️

We share how we addressed key barriers to providing inotropes with hospice teams by providing targeted education, utilizing shared care, and developing clear workflows
The result ➡️ more local hospice agencies are now accepting these patients.
We share our practical blueprint in this piece that others can adapt.
