@SamsungUK How can I make a formal complaint? ... I purchased a soundbar and TV during the promotion but nearly two months later of having claim validated there is no payment. I am very disappointed and I feel this should be raised with Samsung and the ombudsman.

Update: Samsung refuse to honour the cashback. We had tech problems claiming, back and forth with Promotions, requesting more & more evidence which we provided. All the time ignoring the tech issue. Keep rejecting. Raised a complaint, still same result.

Why do you make the cashback process so complicated? Submitted details, heard nothing. Chat was a waste of time. Spoke to someone today and told to resubmit, website now telling it is too late to claim.
