Morning guys, quite a touching moment yesterday. My 16 year old nephew is autistic. He has never spoken while eating until yesterday. He was chatting on to me about football throughout his meal. Doesn't sound much, but it was a big moment, and I was honoured. 💛🙌
Happy Monday👌
Evening
A fine performance on Super 6 @pgjackson1 12 points on a hard round 👏👏 A lowely 7 for me!

Today, our player Juma Bah was subjected to utterly vile racist abuse and death threats on Instagram. His family was also threatened.
We are appalled by this hatred. And we want to make one thing absolutely clear: 𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭, 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐫!
Anyone who racially abuses or threatens one of our players is not only attacking an individual, but also the values of our entire FCA family.
Regardless of skin colour, background, religion or nationality – every human being deserves respect, dignity and safety.
𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲!
𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭!
𝐖𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫!
We will report this incident to the police and pursue all legal options available to us.
We stand united behind you, Juma!
NO ROOM FOR RACISM. NO ROOM FOR HATE.

Vincent Kompany collapsed after today's training session. The coach was immediately taken to a hospital by ambulance. A rescue helicopter had landed at the training ground earlier [@SkySportDE]
Im not sure on Eddie Howe, but is he even up for it? He could probably get a nice mid table gig bidding his time. Do well with someone. Why walk into this shit show...If anyone was that keen Carrick wouldnt be doing Bournemouth! Scrapping that barrel now 🤔
A song for Michael Carrick this....
Poor lad! I feel for him as a human. 💔

BREAKING: Fabian Hürzeler is not interested in leaving Brighton for Manchester United.
Hürzeler one of the names appreciated in case Michael Carrick departs.
Julian Nagelsmann also viewed as one of the leading contenders.
