•The De Soto Missouri Police Department in a press release reports in the early morning hours today (10-26-26) at the Casey's at 1900 North Main Street, a white Ford Fusion was allegedly stolen at gunpoint from a customer who was leaving the business. •Suspect remains at large.

Quadruple Fatality Crash, Jefferson County, Saturday: + The MSHP Troop C has now a confirmed a three-vehicle crash on Highway 30 near Gravois Road at 9:30 P-M Saturday (10-24-26) claimed the lives of four adults and left three people injured.

Update, 8:45 P-M: •On southbound 270, south of Manchester Road, the earlier 7:40 P-M crash that at one time had all lanes closed, has now been cleared. •One person was injured and transported to a hospital by Des Peres Department of Public Safety ground ambulance 2817.

Arnold Fatal Crash Overnight: + •The MSHP Troop C reports the one-vehicle crash happened at 12:30 A-M today (10-19-26) on Highway 141 near Old Lemay Ferry Road, and claimed the life of a 24-year-old male from Arnold who was driving a Dodge Journey.

Watch For Deer: •The @MSHPTrooperGHQ is reminding everyone there is more deer activity this time of year. •The MSHP reports they worked 2,829 deer-vehicle strikes statewide in 2025. •Six people died and 435 people were injured in traffic crashes involving deer in 2025.
