Most people misunderstand the Central Dogma. In school, perhaps you were taught it as “DNA → RNA → protein.” But that’s a massive oversimplification. Francis Crick’s real "Central Dogma" was about what *cannot* happen in a cell. Let’s break it down.

Me: Can I call you Br-35 without 'bro' in it? She: Nah, I’ll call you Br-35 without ‘mine’ in it.

In a world full of DNA breaks, be someone’s BRCA1 and BRCA2…… the ones who repair the damage, maintain genomic stability and never let the double helix fall apart. ❤️

My genome has millions of bases, but my favourite is complimentary base of Adenine in mRNA

If love were a gene, I’d never want your expression to be downregulated.

My enzymes are highly specific, but my emotional choices repeatedly demonstrate poor substrate discrimination.

You were my favourite mutation until I realised you were carcinogenic.

You breached my selective permeability, hijacked my transcriptional machinery, triggered cytochrome-c release and still call yourself harmless.

Your affection was benign until it metastasised into obsession.

You triggered my sympathetic nervous system. Even my cardiologist thinks you’re a medical emergency.

You’re not a myocardial infarction. But you’ve certainly damaged my emotional myocardium beyond repair.

My SA node sets the rhythm of my heart. But apparently, your presence controls the tempo.

You activated my dopamine receptors so intensely that even my cardiomyocytes are experiencing emotional arrhythmia.
