New problem: AI can make almost anyone look like an expert.
This week, @IrenaCronin and I discuss how deeper experience matters when using AI.
As polished work becomes cheap, the real advantage shifts to judgment, experience, taste, and knowing when AI is wrong.

Jensen closed his GTC Berlin 2026 keynote with this Hermes Agent demo as the finale.
He introduced it by saying the way to build an agent is to ask an agent to build it for you, so he installed and set up a customized Hermes in one prompt.
Then he used Hermes, running on @nvidia RTX Spark, to create a simulated training environment for the @huggingface Microduck. Hermes planned an obstacle course with Nemotron and had GPT-6 Astra build it using FreeCAD, Omniverse libraries, Blender, Newton, and Isaac Lab. Hermes trained thousands of simulated ducks on that course until the validated policy was ready to run on the real robot in the physical world.
At Nous, we believe open source is a practical tool as much as a philosophical ideal. It gives users the ability to build powerful, complex workflows chaining numerous local+cloud models, devices, and tools themselves instead of waiting for a company to enable them.

People who cured / are curing their own cancer on X:
1/ @sytses - bone cancer, billionaire founder of Gitlab, developed 10+ personalized therapies for himself.
2/ @paul_conyngham - shrank his dog Rosie's mast cell cancer tumors after chemo and surgery weren't enough. Now backed by YC and Founders Fund
3/ @miriamgonp - stage 4 breast cancer, tumor sequenced, searching for vaccine manufacturer now
4/ @kevinace - stage 4 lung cancer, angel investor in 300+ companies, first drug stopped working after 18 months. Vaccine designed, now paying $300k out of pocket for the vaccine
5/ @masonbgrant: going founder mode on his his 32-year-old wife's rare liver cancer, sequencing her tumor with AI agents
6/ @ArunRLverma: former product leader at Atoms and Shopify, brain tumor, built a vaccine from his tumor. Now building an AI health agent startup based on what he went through
We're going to make it
1/ Today we're introducing Breken, and with it the final job in software: production engineering.
Your tests check what your team thought of. Production checks everything else. Today, your users run that second test for you.
Breken runs it instead. Your real software, in worlds that behave like production, down to the chaos and the users, finding and fixing what breaks before a single user does.
Here it is: breken.ai

I am so stoked and honored they allowed me the chance to try this out!
I'd like to see more AI agents helping people get healthcare sorted. We've seen enough flight and hotel bookings.
Your dad leaves the hospital needing blood work and a specialist visit. Someone still has to get his records to the right office and arrange those appointments.
That's where I'd want an agent helping my family.
🤝 Paid partnership
Today, I'm launching Vene: your AI advocate for healthcare.
I used to spend a dozen hours a week managing care for my dad, a disabled veteran, and my mom, who has a severe autoimmune disease. Healthcare was a full-time job for my family.
Our goal is to end the burden of care for every family:
When you're sick, or caring for someone who is, the hard part is everything after the hospital: the referral that never arrives, the test result nobody calls about, the bill that makes no sense, and everything in between.
For my dad, he spent hours on the phone to book an MRI. When he showed up, they told him to his face that insurance had stopped covering it. Then insurance told him to call a list of other offices and get the paperwork sent over himself, and he ended up giving up.
That’s why we’ve trained Vene to handle the toughest aspects of healthcare:
- Coordinating several specialists at once
- Challenging surprise bills and treatment denials
- Catching missed follow-ups and care gaps
My mom uses Vene to coordinate her primary care and endocrinologist, automatically refill and renew her prescriptions, and manage my little sister’s dental appointments.
They were my first users, and now over 5,000 families use Vene, and we're deploying it to another 50,000 patients across provider networks in the US.
I'm switching because of Starlink, aren't you?
United reports that a lot of people are, and that hasn't even really started yet. Delta better get with it.
BREAKING: Starlink was all over United’s Q3 earnings, with the airline calling it a “meaningful differentiator.”
CEO Scott Kirby: “We are winning new long-term, brand-loyal United customers because they are trying us for Starlink…”
• More daily Starlink flights than the rest of the U.S. airline industry combined.
• Over 5.4 million customers experienced Starlink in September.
• 640+ aircraft equipped, adding around 3 per day.
• Available on about half of all United flights, including regional flights.
• Expected to reach 61% of flights by end-2026, 87% by June 1, 2027, and the full fleet by end-2027.
• Customer service scores on Starlink-equipped planes nearly double those with other Wi-Fi.
• United’s best-ever third-quarter scores for inflight entertainment and Wi-Fi.
• Live NFL and college football on Starlink-enabled seatback screens.
• Free for MileagePlus members in every cabin.
• Powered an ESPN fantasy football draft livestream from a flight.
• Tom’s Guide praised the rollout as a “masterclass in passenger experience.”
A little bird told me @KodiakRobotics are starting humanless trucking “within weeks.”
Already driving for IKEA in many states with human watching it drive.
I love San Francisco. Met five different robotics companies in 1.5 hours.
Videos from a couple of them coming later.
It also makes the truck more efficient because it's smoother at accelerating and decelerating. It never breaks the law, always goes in the right lane, and always goes the speed limit.
It should require less maintenance as well because if you're smoother at accelerating and braking, you'll use the brakes at a lower level, for instance.

I didn't expect this: Anthropic is now following the path of OpenAI and SpaceXSI and has released its own always-on agent: Claude Duet.
Anthropic's Claude Duet is a proactive AI assistant (same as Grokbot / dot / Meta Muse) powered by Opus 5.5 that works in the background, manages tasks across connected apps, and asks for approval before sensitive actions.
I am surprised because I still need to find out who the target group is, but I am very curious to see how it compares to the competition in practice.
Replying to @claudeai
Claude Duet is an early research preview, available through a waitlist on Pro and Max plans in the US. It can still misjudge what’s urgent, and we’ll keep tuning it based on what early users tell us.

So I spent the last 2 months putting together almost every single AI hardware project on the market that is actually worth seeing.

"This is the best list I made: xitter.cf/i/lists/19535363366753…
This list is so active, though, and my main page is even more active. But maybe start with that and then we will figure out how to cut it down.Yeah, a Google Doc sounds great now. Can you save old ones too?
You will see very little that's not AI related, but yeah no politics or crypto or sports or even robots. Let's just find the important things from the AI industry first. Then we can expand."

I've been GrokBot pilled.
First of all, Grok knows me better than other bots, like Meta Muse, thanks to the 300,000 posts I've done here for 20 years.
But now that GrokBot @bot can read lists, it opens up powerful new personalized news capabilities.
I've done this for about a year over on alignednews.com -- but last month my X API bill alone was $6,000.
For a couple of hundred a month you can do the same with lists, either you create, or ones other people have created.
Last night I stuck in my "best in AI" list and had it write me this news page: docs.google.com/document/d/1…
Every hour my bot reads that list and builds me a new news page. Now I've only put about 10 minutes of effort into this so far. So it's not the prettiest thing you ever have seen, but my bots are working on other ways to present them to me.
And you can do the same for any topic you care about. You just need to build a list, or find one that's already built and there are millions of lists here on X on literally any topic.
Put your favorite football team onto a list, along with all your favorite journalists or other fans. Then have Grok bot read them for you.
And that's just the start. You can have it write you a script based on the news, then copy that into, say, @Gemini_Notebook and then you get a podcast, or a video. Based on what people are saying on your topic here on X.
Thank you so much X for making lists far more powerful than they ever were before. Makes the thousands of hours I've put into mine over 20 years so much more useful.
Tips?
Start small. You can chew through your tokens very quickly. It's amazing how good it is with a small list, like this one, which is what created the page up above: xitter.cf/i/lists/19535363366753… (Best AI accounts I've found out of 70,000 here on X).
Don't over hit it. You only need your bot to read the list every hour. Maybe even less. If anything is really important it gets reshared into lists, so the bot doesn't need to hit it often to build you a really great set of things that are important to pay attention to.
I've been begging for this capability for years. THANK YOU X!
All my lists (most complete of tech industry here on X): xitter.cf/scobleizer/lists
Send your GrokBot to them to learn for you so you don't need to doomscroll nearly as much.
Grok Bot can now read lists.
It is quite good. Makes personalized news much easier to do.
More on GrokBot's new list reading: xitter.cf/Scobleizer/status/2112…
