It is now less than one month away to the CEO Sleepout (23rd Nov), a night where business and charity leaders spend a night outside to raise money for the homeless. We have managed to assemble an amazing team to help raise funds for the homeless, if you can spare a donation no matter how great or small to help them it would make a real difference to a homeless persons life. Please do so here: ceosleepout.enthuse.com/pf/s…
Our team includes Hugh Pym, ScotsCare CEO Shona Fleming, trustees John McCheyne, David McMurtrie and our Chairman Kevin Lynch. A special mention goes to the Caledonian Club, who have put forward no less than 4 staff members to help us. Also, legendary singer Isla St Clair will be braving the elements.

On Tuesday we were lucky to have the Mayor of Barnet, Councillor Zahra Beg, visit our sheltered housing property at Bruce Gardens, in Barnet. It was great to show the Mayor first hand our sheltered housing community and how it benefits Scots, and also to talk about our other work supporting Scots across London.
Thank you for visiting, and here are a few photos!

Today also marks World Homeless Day, raising awareness of homelessness and recognising the efforts being made around the world to prevent it and support those affected. It aims to highlight the needs of those experiencing homelessness while promoting action more locally, with organisations such as ourselves who focus on London.
At ScotsCare, we support Scots into safe and secure housing, away from the streets, with financial, practical and emotional support, which could be specialist psychotherapy or a roof over a head. It could be help navigating bureaucracy, or getting a client set up with a mobile phone. We work with our clients to find the best way to support them.
