Good one here … @DeloitteCanada says to “think about the incentives, Canada has created to stimulate investments and clean energy. What are the equivalent mechanisms for the move to the cloud, and how can the disincentives be removed systematically?”

I am hopeful the financial model will get resolved, but modernizing security will likely be a slog. We can change the approach to secure cloud and enable acceleration through bold leadership, removing impediments and creating enabling conditions for change.
