I always hear camera people talking about how important it is to get a Sony, but I can't get round how dog shit the playstation 4/5 are built. As if I'm gonna wank £15k on Sony gear when they (purposely) can't get a control pad right
I never wanna see a film shot on an iPhone in the cinema again. That's some janky, weird camera.
Fine for some shots I guess but absolutely destroys some otherwise very fine shot selections.
This is why I'm the indie scout; saw the potential years before anyone else 😉
@timkeyperson
So glad you left in the songs and best jokes from the original (the tap joke a firm fave) A really lovely film.
Amazing hedge puzzle feature next...?
"The One and Only Herb McGwyer plays Wallis Island" Love this short film! Starring Tom Basden and @timkeyperson. 20 mins well spent!

PS there's plenty of social distancing in this film if that's what you're in to.
Not seen Baby Reindeer yet but if it's half as good as this, I'm all in!
WHIPPERSNAP
Short 7 min parody of "choose your adventure" films. The kind of film that makes you think "damn, why didn't I think of that!" Great work. Starring @MrRichardGadd and @EmSid1

This is very well made. It's a challenge to make a short film with an emotional charge like this. Your channel is highlighting some very underviewed gems!

JUST DESERTS (2min) by @RichardHigson
A beautifully shot, dark, "silent" comedy starring recognisable talent from British TV. The framing and camera movement is great, the acting is engaging and the pacing is perfect to the second. Well worth a watch!

COMEDY GIGS (21mins) - @BrendanGoss
Very funny, painfully real observational comedy on life of an aspiring stand-up, shot in retro documentary style. Carried really well by John Sandy in the lead role.

STEPS (4 mins)
A well-acted, snappy comedy starring @Mark_Kempner and @iamcarlahart with a few nice twists and turns. Really well shot and edited, worth checking out; deserves way more than its view count!
