@Deliveroo Had a problem with order #8144 - the driver picked up then handled other orders for 45m before delivery, which we’ve refused because it’s now cold and inedible. The driver was incredibly rude and AFTER I spoke started calling and msging to create fake audit trail

We’ve contacted your team who are refusing to help saying we have to accept the food, which we can’t do as the driver has now left. This is absolutely unacceptable.

‘@Morrisons Eggs broken on delivery AGAIN. Four of the last five deliveries. This isn’t acceptable. Wastes our time logging it, we have to go back out to shops to replace and wash broken egg off other stuff in the bag. How many times before you actually take action on process?

I have a wasps nest in the eaves. Just like last year. I called my home insurance at 5pm last night and I’ve got pest control en route to be here in the next 30 minutes. Amazing speedy service from @AvivaUK and @vergopest

Ordered from @GreggsOfficial through @JustEatUK. Driver has left 2 other people’s orders so there’s going to be 2 other upset people (one has been waiting nearly 2hrs according to their receipt) The store I called won’t do anything, told us to throw away and get a refund.
